The Process

Material Selection

Use premium yarns like New Zealand wool or nylon for superior texture and durability. Opt for a sturdy backing material such as canvas or cotton to provide strong support for the tufted yarn.

Dyeing

Dyeing wool is a detailed process with multiple steps to achieve uniform and lasting color absorption in the fibers.

Tufting

Use a tufting gun to punch yarn through the backing fabric according to the design, either creating loops (loop pile) or cutting the loops (cut pile) for different textures.

Trimming, and Cleaning

Trim any excess fibers and clean the rug thoroughly to remove loose fibers and enhance the final appearance
